Access duration will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

All content on Eduooz, including videos, notes, mock tests, PDFs, graphics, logos, and website content, is the intellectual property of Eduooz and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Users may not:

• Sell materials
• Upload materials to third-party platforms
• Share login credentials

Course fees must be paid according to the pricing displayed at the time of enrollment.

Eduooz reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and a receipt or confirmation will be provided for every payment received.

Unless explicitly stated for a specific course:

• Fees paid are non-refundable
• Refund requests, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Administrative and payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to eduoozinternationalacademy@gmail.com.

Users shall not:

• Engage in abusive behavior
• Harass instructors or students
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Distribute copyrighted materials
• Disrupt classes or learning activities

Eduooz provides guidance, coaching, and educational support.

We do not guarantee:

• Examination success
• Government job placement
• Admission
• Licensure approval
• Recruitment outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, eligibility, and examination performance.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Eduooz does not guarantee:

• Continuous website availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

Maintenance and technical issues may occasionally occur.

Eduooz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Examination outcomes
• Career decisions made based on our content

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if users violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access all course materials, live sessions, and digital resources will immediately cease. Termination for cause will not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
